What Happened
From what our family understands, Patsy was driving when she swerved to avoid something in the road. Her vehicle caught the edge of a driveway on the right-hand side, causing her to overcorrect. The car then crossed the road, struck another driveway, went airborne, and crashed down an embankment into shallow water.
The accident left Patsy with serious injuries, including broken ankles and a broken shoulder. Because of the severity of the crash and her injuries, she had to be transported by helicopter to Grady Memorial Hospital Emergency Room in Atlanta, Georgia.
This has been a frightening and heartbreaking experience for our family. We are incredibly thankful that Patsy survived, but she now faces a long and difficult road to recovery. Any prayers, donations, and support are deeply appreciated as she begins healing.
We are grateful that she is still here with us, and now we want to surround her with the support she needs.
Any donation, prayer, or share of this page can make a real difference during this difficult time.
